Me & UKM Betawie Friends

Hello i just wanna share you about one of my activity during holiday .
Me and my UKM
Betawie friends be participate in one of TASS program it’s called " Sidang Senat " for welcoming all new students . we presented
one of traditional dance from Jakarta ( Betawi ) is lenggang nyai or selendang
nyai , mmm something like that haha.
we're just
trained for 2 days 1 nite , really amazing right ?
this is for
the first time for me .
When my friends asked me to join , i'm still have doubt because i didn't have basic for that dance obviously .
yeaaa finally
back to Bandung for 3 days (25th August 2013- 28th August 2013) .
my friend who as our manager didn’t tell me were we can perform or not . I really
happy first because if I didn’t perform i could take a rest suddenly for a half
hours he was tell me that we’re can
perform sooooooo it means that i should be work hard until there were 2 my
friends come to my kost and asked me to practice dance . Okay looked my friends
really had spirits to practice and I didn’t wanna make them disappointed .
About 2 hours we’re practiced but
because we’re almost lost our energy because it was time to sleep . we made the
decision that we’re practiced more tomorrow .
About 9 am we’re collected then we
started to practice from our blocked and gestures it was really hard for me , non
stop until it was time for rehearsal about 5 pm .
After that we had a few minutes to
take a rest . then we were practice again in the nite .
After practiced we’re praying for our
succesfuls perform tomorrow .
Nguing…nguing..nguing
But Alhamdulillah because me and my friends always work hard , it has been done although it didn't perfect but for 2 days 1 nite to practice and remember all gestures. it was really amazing for me it was great experience for me :")
